Park in one of the designated areas pictured above (either on Pecan Ave or Commonwealth Ave), then find the code box.

Warning: Parking is first come, first serve and fills up quickly in the evenings! If all garage lot and street parking spots are full, paid parking is also available right down the street at 2100 Commonwealth Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205

On the street-parking side of the building (Commonwealth Ave), you'll see a door labeled "The Edison". Locate code box which is mounted on the right side of the wall, next to the main entrance.

Press the # button, then enter your four digit code. (You should hear a beep when the code is entered correctly) Be ready to pull the gate open immediately after hearing the key-pad sound, any delay may prevent gate from opening.

Once you get inside of the lobby, take a right down the hallway, then another left. Apt 104 will be at the very end of the hallway, on your right (immediately next to the rear entrance).

Press and hold any key for 2 seconds to lock the door.

Hang the parking pass from your rear view mirror. The pass must be displayed exactly as demonstrated above at all times to avoid being booted or towed. (See example above)
