1. Find the building

Arrive at 2017 Central Ave, Charlotte NC, 28205. Here is a street-view of the building. Personal access codes will be given to you prior to check-in.

2. Parking map

The parking entrance is off of Central Ave.

Red arrow: Parking entrance

Red box: Parking lot (Must display parking pass, which will be on the kitchen counter!)

Blue box: Parallel parking (No pass required)

Green circle: Building main entrance and code box

3. Find the code box

Find the code box by the building's main entrance and enter the code provided in your check-in message. When you hear a beep, push on the door handle and pull the door open.

4. Take the elevator

The elevator will be straight ahead. Press the up arrow and ride up to the 2nd floor.

5. Find apt 1216

Exit the elevator, turn right and find the apartment labeled 1216, immediately on your left.

6. Unlock the door

Wake the lock by placing your hand over the keypad. Enter the code provided in your check-in message, followed by the check-mark. Then open the door.

To lock the door when leaving, simply place your hand over the keypad.

7. Use your parking pass

Hang the parking pass from your rear view mirror. The pass must be displayed exactly as demonstrated above at all times to avoid being booted or towed. (See example above)

8. Amenities

Use the key-fob to access our gym and pool. Please be respectful of other residents and treat the property with care.

9. Check-out instructions

Check-out time: By 10am (Unless we have given you permission for late check-out)

Parking pass & key-fob: Please return the parking pass and key-fob to the basket on your way out. (Very important to avoid a fee!)

Dishes: You may wash the dishes or leave them in the sink for us to take care of.

Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can. We will empty the trash cans for you.

Sheets & linens: Leave your used towels and wash cloths on the floor in the bathroom. All used blankets, sheets and pillows can be left on the bed or couch.
