1. Find the building
Arrive at 4310 Park Road, Charlotte NC, 28209. Here is a street-view of the building. Personal access codes will be given to you prior to check-in.
2. Parking map
Parking entrances are on Drexel Place and Park Road.

3. Find the lock-boxes
On the parking-lot side of the building, you'll see a door labeled Park at Drexel. Locate lockbox WM #2, which is mounted next to the door.
4. Use your code
Enter the code that we provided in your check-in message to open lock-box WM #2. Squeeze the buttons to open the box.
5. Scan into the building
Make sure to close the lock-box and mix up the codes! (If the box won't close, make sure the code is entered correctly)
Scan your fob on the black sensor, then pull the door to enter the building. The fob must be returned to the lock-box when you check out. (Very important!)
6. Find the elevator
Once you get inside of the hallway, take a left towards the elevator. Press 3 inside of the elevator to access the third floor.
7. Find apt 312
Take a right out of the elevator, then find apt 312. Activate the smart-lock, then enter the code provided in your check-in message. The door will unlock if you've entered the correct code, followed by the check-mark button.
To lock the door when leaving, simply touch the Yale logo.
8. Use your parking passes
Hang the parking pass from your rear view mirror. The pass must be displayed exactly as demonstrated above at all times to avoid being booted or towed. (See example above)

Use the key-fob to access our gym. Please be respectful of other residents and treat the equipment with care.

9. Check-out instructions
Check-out time: By 10am (Unless we have given you permission for late check-out)
Key-fob: Please return the key-fob to the lock-box on your way out. (Very important to avoid a fee!)
Dishes: You may wash the dishes or leave them in the sink for us to take care of.
Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can. We will empty the trash cans for you.
Sheets & linens: Leave your used towels and wash cloths on the floor in the bathroom. All used blankets, sheets and pillows can be left on the bed or couch.
