Parking entrances are on Woodruff Place and Walnut Ave.

Guest gate entrance is located on the left side of the building closest to the skyline. The keypad is to the right of the gate (code given prior to check-in). Please note, you will need to walk up stairs once inside of the gate. If you need access to an elevator please let us know prior to check-in.

Press the # button, then enter your four digit code. (You should hear a beep when the code is entered correctly) Be ready to pull the gate open immediately after hearing the key-pad sound, any delay may prevent gate from opening.

There are 2 disabled parking spots available. Elevator access is on this side of the building. If the gate pictured here is closed you will have to enter from the normal guest entrance on the opposite side of the building. Please contact us prior to check-in if you need access to elevators.

There is a keyless smart lock on the door. To activate, place your hand over the screen until you hear a noise and the screen lights up. You may now enter your personal code. Once inside, you can manually turn it to lock the door. To lock the door when leaving, simply place your hand over the sensor.

We provide our guests with one free parking pass, which allows access to the parking lot. Any additional cars may parallel park on Walnut Ave or Woodruff Pl for free. The parking pass is required to be in the lot after 7pm. Please return the pass when you check-out to avoid fees.

Hang the parking pass from your rear view mirror. It must be clearly visible at all times.
