1. Find the building

Arrive at 1440 Harding Place, Charlotte NC, 28204. The building is called Berkshire Dilworth.

2. Parking map

Turn onto Harding Place, then drive towards the parking garage (green arrow on map)

Enter the garage from Harding Place, not E Morehead St. This is where you'll find the lock-box.

Yellow: Free street parking (24/7)

3. Find the garage

Use the garage entrance on Harding Place and turn right.

4. Find the lock-box

The lock-boxes are next to the handicap spot to the right of the parking gate. Find the box labeled WM #1.

5. Get the key-fob

Enter your code and turn the black knob to open. Grab your key-fob & parking pass, close the box and scramble the code. (Key and pass must be returned to the lock-box at check-out)

6. Enter the gate

Hang the parking pass from your rear-view mirror and drive SLOWLY toward the gate. Enter once the gate opens and park in any spot that is not labeled as reserved.

7. Display parking pass

When parked, make sure that the green side of your parking pass is facing the front windshield. The pass must be clearly visible at all times to avoid being towed!

8. Enter the building. Find Apt 641

Scan your key at any of the double doors in the garage. Enter and ride the elevator to the 6th floor.

9. How to unlock the door

To unlock the door: Place your hand over the smart lock to wake up the screen. Then enter your code, followed by the # symbol.

To lock the door: Press and hold any number for 2 seconds

10. How to lock the door

Press and hold any number digit (0-9) for 2 seconds. The lock will illuminate blue once the door is locked.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in or around any part of this building.

Always bring your key-fob with you to avoid getting locked-out.

12. Check-out instructions

Check-out time: By 10am (Unless we have given you permission for late check-out)

Key-fob & parking pass: Return back to lock-box and scramble the code. (Very important to avoid a fee!)

Dishes & Trash: You may wash the dishes or leave them in the sink for us to take care of. Place all trash in trash-cans.

Sheets & linens: Leave your used towels and wash cloths on the floor in the bathroom. All used blankets, sheets and pillows can be left on the bed or couch.
