1. Find the home

Arrive at 1600 Pamela Lorraine Drive, Charlotte NC, 28213. Here is a street-view of the home. Personal access codes will be given to you prior to check-in.

2. Park in the driveway

Park in the driveway labeled 1600.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block the anyone else's driveway

3. Enter through the front

Double check that you're at the correct house number. Then, enter the home by using the smart-lock on the front door.

4. How to unlock the door

Press the middle button to activate the keypad. Then enter the code that we provided in your check-in message. Don't forget to hit the check-mark at the end of your code.

5. How to lock the door

To lock the door manually, press and hold the check-mark icon on the bottom right. (If the deadbolt gets stuck, make sure the door is pulled completely shut)

If you don't lock the door, then the door will automatically lock after 1 minute. Be careful not to get locked out!

7. Check-out instructions

Check-out time: By 10am (Unless we have given you permission for late check-out)

Dishes: You may wash the dishes or leave them in the sink for us to take care of.

Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can. We will empty the trash cans for you.

Sheets & linens: Leave your used towels and wash cloths on the floor in the bathroom. All used blankets, sheets and pillows can be left on the bed or couch.
