Unit 204-A Guest Guide
Access codes:
Will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival
1. Find the building
Arrive at 10 Lemoyne Ave, Hilton Head, SC, 29928. Here is a view of the main entrance from the parking lot.
2. Parking map
The entrance is in the middle of the lot, on Lemoyne Ave.
Red area: Primary parking (Requires parking pass)
Yellow area: Overflow parking (Use the same pass)
The pass will be on the kitchen counter.

We are not responsible if you don't follow instructions and get towed.
3. Find the lock-box
The lock box is in a cabinet to the left of the main entrance.
4. Get the key fob
Enter the code provided in your check-in message to unlock the smart lock. Then, close it back and mix up the code.
5. Swipe the fob
Swipe the fob, then enter the door to access the elevator.
6. Take elevator to 2nd floor
Press the up button to call the elevator, then take a left out of the elevator.
7. Find unit 204-A
Continue down the hall, past the pool, then take a right. Unit 204-A will be on your left at the end of the hall.
8. Use the smart lock
Enter the code provided to unlock the smart lock. Press and hold the lock icon to lock the door.
9. Use the parking pass
The same pass can be used in the regular parking lot and the overflow lot. Hang the parking pass from your rear view mirror to avoid being towed. (IMPORTANT)

You MUST return the parking pass upon check-out. There will be a $150 fee (each) for any lost parking passes or key fobs.
10. Additional info
If you're facing unit 204-A, the trash chute is immediately to the right, next to the stairs. The alarm will not sound if you use this door.

13. Check-out instructions
QR Code: Scan the QR code and press send to notify the cleaners that you have checked out.
Check-out time: By 10am (Unless we have given you permission for late check-out)
Dishes: You may wash the dishes or leave them in the sink for us to take care of.
Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can. We will empty the trash cans for you.
Sheets & linens: Leave your used towels and wash cloths on the floor in the bathroom. All used blankets, sheets and pillows can be left on the bed or couch.
