1. Find the home

Arrive at 2605 Toddville Rd, Charlotte NC, 28214. Here is a street-view of the home. Personal access codes will be given to you prior to check-in.

2. Park in the driveway

Park in the gravel driveway. Please do not park on the grass.

3. Enter through the front

Double check that you're at the correct house number. Then, enter the home by using the smart-lock on the front door.

4. How to unlock the door

Enter the code provided in your check-in message, wait for the green light, then turn the handle to open the door.The door will lock again a few seconds after you enter.

5. How to lock the door

‍The door locks automatically when the interior switch is turned to the right (auto-lock). If the switch is turned to the left, you must lock the door manually by pressing and holding the Schlage button on the outside until the light flashes.

Please do not adjust the interior switch. It should be set to auto-lock for your convenience.

7. Check-out instructions

Check-out time: By 10am (Unless we have given you permission for late check-out)

Dishes: You may wash the dishes or leave them in the sink for us to take care of.

Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can. We will empty the trash cans for you.

Sheets & linens: Leave your used towels and wash cloths on the floor in the bathroom. All used blankets, sheets and pillows can be left on the bed or couch.
