1. Find the building

Arrive at 404 N Laurel Ave, Charlotte, NC, 28204. Here is a view of the building from the intersection of E 7th St and N Laurel Ave.

2. Parking map

The parking entrance is on N Laurel Ave, right off of E 7th St.

3. Use code to enter garage

Pull up to the code box, which is on the left side of the garage entrance. Enter the code that we sent in your check-in message.

4. Park in the outdoor area

You may use any parking spot in the outdoor portion of the lot.

Do not park inside of the garage. If you park inside of the garage, you risk being towed. We are not responsible if you do not follow these rules.

5. Find the elevator

Walk inside of the garage to find the elevator. It's located right next to the gate where you entered the garage.

6. Take elevator to 2nd floor

The elevator is immediately to the right of the garage entrance. Press the button to go up.

7. Activate the elevator

Press 2-G-G-2 to activate the elevator for the 2nd floor. If the code isn't working after a couple of tries, press the "door open" button and try again.

8. Find unit 27

Make a u-turn out of the elevator, and turn right. Then find unit #27.

9. How to unlock the door

Enter your code, then press the Teeho button to unlock the deadbolt. Then turn the door knob.

10. How to lock the door

Press and hold any key for 2 seconds to lock the door.

12. Check-out instructions

Check-out time: By 10am (Unless we have given you permission for late check-out)

Dishes: You may wash the dishes or leave them in the sink for us to take care of.

Trash: Please place all trash in the trash can. We will empty the trash cans for you.

Sheets & linens: Leave your used towels and wash cloths on the floor in the bathroom. All used blankets, sheets and pillows can be left on the bed or couch.
